Accessibility Statement

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website.

Last updated: October 2026

Our commitment

NetCare is committed to making this website accessible and usable for people with disabilities. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which also supports the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and its accessibility regulations (based on Israeli Standard SI 5568).

What we have done

  • Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link
  • Full keyboard navigation, with clearly visible focus indicators
  • Menus and FAQ accordions built with native, screen-reader-friendly controls
  • Text and interface colors chosen for strong contrast on the dark background
  • Responsive layout that works from phone to desktop and supports browser zoom and text resizing
  • Labelled form fields with clear error messages
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
  • Animations are reduced or disabled when your device asks for reduced motion

Known limitations

Accessibility is ongoing work and we cannot guarantee every part of the site meets every criterion at all times. Some items, such as the map on the contact page, are illustrations that will be replaced and given full text descriptions over time. If you find a barrier, please tell us.
